Registry object for a branch-tree blob.

merkle_root is the Merkle<std::string> root hash of the (mg_name, mg_hash) tree this entry indexes. The same blob is referenced by every BRANCH and session override sharing this tip. Lifecycles:

Pinned once per referencing BRANCH or session override.
When its reference count drops to zero, LifecycleManager::CascadeBranchTree pages the tree and unpins each multigroup it references before unregistering the entry.
